Your venue page

What to do now, in order

Your figures for the period you choose, and under them what they mean, from the most urgent to the least.

  • A reputation index out of 100: your rating, your replies, your review volume against the venues around you, and where the rating is heading.
  • Bad reviews still unanswered, a subject whose complaints are rising, a competitor collecting reviews faster than you: each one a card with its button.
  • Click any figure to read the reviews behind it.

A reply ready for every review, in your voice

Every review of the last 60 days still without a reply gets a draft, the worst rated first; for an older one, one click writes it.

  • Written like the replies you already publish: your greeting, your sign-off, your way of addressing customers.
  • In the customer's language, with a translation so you never publish what you cannot read.
  • A colleague praised by name is thanked by name; no measure you have not decided is ever promised.
  • Copy, then reply on Google: the reply page opens with the text ready to paste.

What your customers talk about

Every review is read and split by subject: welcome, waiting, cleanliness, prices, staff, noise… with what is said for and against each.

  • The subjects that come up most, and those getting worse against the previous period.
  • Their words: open a subject to read the reviews that mention it.

Your market

You against the venues around you

The latest Google reviews of your closest competitors are read by the same AI, in the same subjects as yours.

  • Your advantage: a subject their customers complain about and yours do not. Say it.
  • Where you lose: what your customers complain about more than theirs. Fix it first.
  • The local ranking, weighted by number of reviews, and who collects reviews fastest.

Your team

The people your customers name

When a review names someone from your team, 123Hector counts it: who is praised, who is criticised, and in which reviews.

  • Something to pass on to the team every month, with the words of the customers.
  • Never shown in public: a colleague criticised by name is never named in a reply.

Monday morning, the week in one email

No need to log in to know: the email brings the week's figures, the three things to do first, your market and the most urgent review with its reply.

  • As soon as a review of 3 stars or less comes in, an alert with the review and its reply one click away.
  • Monday at 9 by default: the day and the hour are yours to choose.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which review platforms are supported?

Google, TripAdvisor and Yelp, found automatically from your venue's name and town. Other sources can be added on request.

Does 123Hector write the replies to my reviews?

Yes. The AI drafts a reply for every review, specific to what the customer wrote, in the language the review was written in. You check it, adjust it if you want, copy it, then paste it under the review on Google or TripAdvisor.

What if the review is in a language I don't speak?

The reply is written in the review's language (Spanish, German, English...), and you get a translation of both the review and the reply in your own language. You always know exactly what you are publishing.

From how many reviews per month is 123Hector relevant?

From around 50 reviews per month, patterns become statistically reliable. Below that, you still receive every verbatim classified by aspect.

How are issues categorised?

Each review is analysed by AI and classified against more than 60 operational aspects: cleanliness, toilets, queues, staff, signage, accessibility, pricing, crowding, food, shop, parking, exhibitions, and more. Each aspect carries its own sentiment, so the same review can praise the guides and complain about the queue.

Do my reviews stay private?

Reviews are public by nature. 123Hector never republishes them and never sells them; they are processed only by the subprocessors listed in our privacy policy, and a monthly report is shared only through a link you create and can revoke.

Can I export the data?

Yes. “Export as CSV” on the Reviews page downloads your reviews with the subjects read in each, and the monthly report is a page and a PDF you can share with a link.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: 14 days free, no card. Your free audit, if you asked for one, becomes your first venue. Paid plans are commitment-free.

How long to get up and running?

Setup takes about 5 minutes: the first import starts at once and your dashboard fills within the hour. Your first digest arrives the following Monday.

Does it work outside of French?

Yes. A review in any language is read and sorted by subject like the others, shown translated into yours, and its reply is drafted in the review's own language, with a translation so you can check it.
