How to analyse Google reviews for your venue

Reading reviews one by one does not scale. Once a venue passes a few dozen reviews per month, patterns hide in the noise — long queues one week, signage complaints the next, all tangled with generic praise. 123Hector classifies every review by operational aspect so the recurring issues stand out, and sends you a weekly digest ranking them by impact.

We Classify

What gets analysed

Every public Google and TripAdvisor review is classified against twelve operational aspects: cleanliness, toilets, queues, staff, signage, accessibility, pricing, crowding, food, shop, security, exhibition quality. Each aspect is scored positive, negative, or neutral, and each verbatim is kept so you can read what visitors actually said — not just the rating.

Why a weekly rhythm

Reviews are written days or weeks after the visit. A weekly digest matches that cadence: it is frequent enough to catch a spike before it drives your rating down, but infrequent enough that operations teams can actually act between reports. Each digest shows the top irritants ranked, their trend vs. the previous week, and verbatim quotes — so you walk into the Monday stand-up with the evidence, not just the anecdote.
