How it works
1. Apply
The form above, in two minutes. We answer within two working days.
2. Get your code
A code your clients type when they create their account, a link that fills it in for them, and your own page.
3. Show the free audit
The free audit of a client's venue does the convincing: its reviews sorted by subject, its neighbours, the replies still missing, written.
4. Get paid
Your page shows the venues that signed up with your code, those that pay, and your commission. From 20.00 €, send your invoice.
Who it is for
Web agencies
You build the websites of hotels, campsites, leisure parks, museums. Google reviews are the next question they ask you: now you have an answer.
Tourism and e-tourism consultants
Online reputation is in every diagnosis you deliver. 123Hector keeps it up after you leave, month after month.
Freelances and community managers
Replying to reviews eats the hours you sell. The replies come drafted; you keep the relationship.
Software for venues
Booking, ticketing, till: your clients' customers review the visit your software sold. Recommend what comes next.
What your clients get
- Their Google, TripAdvisor and Yelp reviews read as they arrive, sorted into more than 60 subjects, compared with their neighbours.
- A reply drafted for every review, in their voice and in their customer's language.
- An email every Monday with what to do first, an alert as soon as a bad review comes in, a report every month.
- 14 days free, no card, then the prices of the pricing page: nothing more for having come through you.

The rules
- No exclusivity and no minimum volume.
- A venue is yours when it creates its account with your code, through your link or typed on the form, or when its free audit was asked through your link. An introduction made by phone? Tell us, we attach the account to you.
- The first partner counts: an account brought by one partner stays theirs.
- No advertising on the 123Hector name, no unsolicited mass mailing, and no promise we would not keep: no review bought, no rating guaranteed.
- Your rate is fixed when you join. Either side can end the partnership at any time; the commission on the venues already brought runs to the end of their months.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do my clients pay more?
No: the prices of the pricing page. Your commission comes out of our share.
Do I have to handle the support?
No. We open the venue's account with it, answer its questions and follow up its trial. You recommend; we do the rest.
How long does a venue count?
For 12 months from its first payment. A venue that signs up months after your recommendation still counts, as long as it uses your code.
How do I follow what I earn?
On your partner page: the venues that signed up with your code, their status, what they paid and your commission, without their names. It is updated with every payment.
Who can apply?
A company or a freelance able to send an invoice, in France or elsewhere. The programme is meant for people who already work with venues open to the public.
Is there a contract?
These rules, and the email that confirms your partnership with your rate. A question about them: reply to that email.
